At JAM, you will:
Develop a deep understanding of our members and their journey through the JAM experience.
Manage the strategy, planning and execution of acquisition marketing programs, including campaign setup, monitoring, reporting, analysis, optimization, budget pacing and forecasting, keyword research and expansion, and benchmarking.
Work with Creative Director to develop compelling and outstanding visual assets to drive our campaigns.
Perform data analysis, drawing insights to optimize campaign performances.
Identify and actively investigate high-potential acquisition opportunities; Test these and incorporate into our broad plan.
Develop and measure key performance indicators, ensuring campaigns are impactful, accurately tracked, and their effectiveness clearly communicated across our organization.
Manage and execute programs and projects across all channels of marketing, including social content marketing and web that help families and educators understand the magical online learning experience we're making.
Drive data driven insights on all marketing efforts and optimize the plan accordingly.
